We Keep Growing

Straight from the experts!

Let me tell you a little story,

On a crisp Florida morning, in November of 2017, I received an email from what seemed to be a young college student interested in taking me out to coffee.

She wanted to chat about what I do as a professional home stager and former Interior Designer.

Soon enough, we set a date to meet at our favorite local coffeehouse, Hillcrest Coffee, and as soon as we sat down, I was very impressed with the bright-eyed, highly prepared, young college student that sat before me!

We instantly were chatting about how she came to Florida, how she likes her coffee, her major, and so on!

After 2 hours of getting to know each other and answering some of her questions, I asked Ana if she wanted to spend a day with me on the job. She was very excited about the idea!

Ana had an eye for design but, she was going to school for Communications, she didn’t know whether she would go the route of Communications or follow for her interest in Interior Design.

She proceeded to tell me about her creative drive and love for things like writing, graphic design, and social media marketing.

This led me to the idea of offering her the job of running our social media pages. I wanted her to discover more of her talents with the right experience!

Ana jumped at the opportunity and started brainstorming right away! It turns out she was right all along!

Ana chose to stick with Communications because she loves combining her Communication skills with the Home Staging Industry. For Ana, working with Step By Stage Interiors was a match made in heaven!

Since the start of what became an internship in November of 2017, as well as working part-time during her last years of college, we are proud to announce that Ana is now our full-time Creative Marketing Coordinator!

She says, “I love multitasking. I am always working on something creative, new, and exciting for Step By Stage Interiors. Every day I have lots of variety! There is never a dull moment – which is exciting and fun for me! I am super passionate about what I do for Step By Stage Interiors and the company as a whole! They have done so much for me and I can never withhold my appreciation for these people I call family!”

Not only does Ana have the title of “employee” she is also our dear friend. She loves being involved with the Step By Stage family, for game nights playing Mexican Train, pool parties, and Step By Stage family dinners!

We love showing our love and appreciation for our employees!

Here at Step By Stage Interiors, there is nothing better than working with a group of people you love being around!

A now college graduate from Southeastern University, with a Bachelor’s in Communications, and experience in creating & designing two company websites (including Step by Stage Interiors), managing our social media, sending out our monthly newsletters, as well as home staging/design!

We are thrilled to have Ana full-time, as we know she is well suited for the job!

She is fun, talented, and full of passion for what she does!

For now, Ana will be managing all things marketing, social media, graphic design, web design, and some photography! How will she do it all?

Well, as we continue to grow, we plan on expanding our marketing team. At this time, as a growing small business, we will have Ana, a very efficient and organized, great communicator and marketing guru.

She enjoys her ability to multitask while working on a variety of projects at once!

A little more about Anashe loves a good conversation. Take her out to coffee and she is in her happy place! She loves meeting new people and wants to get to know you and your story!

As an Italian, Ana has a large family. Originally, from Georgia, she loves visiting her hometown to reunite with her fam! However, she is always popping over to her grandmas house (in Lakeland) to soak up some family time and bake yummy cookies!

Her favorite things include a sunny walk around Lake Hollingsworth, fun times with friends, a good work out, Iced Spiced Chai lattes with Oat milk, pool days at Anne’s, and taste testing all kinds of new healthy recipes!

To get to know Ana more, go give her a follow on social media at: @anacampagna – she would love to get to know you!

We can’t wait to see all that the future holds with Ana as our Creative Marketing Coordinator and her growth at Step By Stage Interiors and the company as a whole! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow our Step By Stage Interiors staging story.

Cheers, to all that is ahead! 🥂
